This provision is assured by application of a Quality Management System in accordance with Quality Manual, which is targeted to meet the requirements of ISO 9002.
Highest level of standard
The implementation of this system has for major objective to ensure that every service offered by the company is of the highest level standard and is fully compliant with the agreed standards and specifications taking into account all relevant technical, commercial, statutory, safety and environmental requirements.
It also provides for the prevention of Quality problems arising by careful planning and execution of all activities. It is recognised that the most cost effective way of achieving the required quality of a product or service is to do each job "Right the first time".
Responsibility
The head of each section in conjunction with the Management Representative, is responsible for ensuring that an appropriately documented Quality Management System exists, which meets the requirements of the Quality Manual.
He must also ensure that personnel is appropriately trained for their Quality Assurance responsibilities.
